Spring Mount NewsLocal Events Add Spring Mount News Spring Mount Neighborhood Watch Posted on: 2008-08-21 Join your neighbors and take part in the Spring Mount Neighborhood Watch. They meet at the township building every 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30pm. 'We are a neighborhood watch stationed in Lower Frederick Township. Our liason to the Lower Frederick Police department is Officer Baird. Our group is a member of the National Association of Town Watches, National Night Out and we are registered with the National Sheriff's USA On Watch. We were founded in September 2007 and we are currently accepting and welcoming new members. The main focus of our patrols are the Spring Mount & Cedar Hill Townhomes.
